  Wont let me give NO STARS.. my tax service cost 2-3 times more than anyone I talked to. after dealing with having everyone tell me I overpaid, I still don't have my taxes back... 6 weeks later. I called today and this office is seasonal so I spoke to a support woman. Super nice woman, but she said there is nothing but my personal info in the file, no tax info, no refund info. So HR Block had no problem charging me $250 to do my taxes, I (got) less back than I did last year doing it myself, and I made significantly more money this year (not a different tax bracket). Now I have to take time out of work to sit with someone to figure out why THEY screwed up. STAY AWAY
